Morning Prayer
I give thanks unto You, Adonai,
that, in mercy,
You have restored my soul within me.
Endless is Your compassion;
great is Your faithfulness.
I thank You, Adonai,
for the rest You have given me through the night
and for the breath that renews my body and spirit.
Amen.
Opening Sentance
The Lord God helps me; therefore I have not been disgraced; therefore I have set my face like flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame. . . . .Isaiah 50:7.
Always be joyful, pray continually;
give thanks, whatever happens.

There we rejoiced in him, 7 who rules by his might for ever, whose eyes keep watch on the nations— let the rebellious not exalt themselves.Selah 8 Bless our God, O peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard, 9 who has kept us among the living, and has not let our feet slip. 10 For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried. 11 You brought us into the net; you laid burdens on our backs;
